Spinach and Artichoke Dip Chicken is an easy casserole recipe made with chicken breasts and a creamy yet low-fat spinach and artichoke dip recipe! CH- ok you get it than a creamy and dreamy dip? One of my all-time favorite dips is Spinach and Artichoke Dip, but I rarely have an excuse to make it without having a party or potluck to attend…until now. Spinach and Artichoke Dip Chicken is seasoned chicken breasts nestled into a baking dish then smothered in a thick and luscious concoction of low-fat cream cheese, thick Greek yogurt, meaty artichoke hearts, creamy spinach, a few fresh cheeses, and seasonings before being baked and served hot and gooey. This dish is IT!
In her book she makes a nice giant loaf but since I was feeling snack-y, I divided the recipe by 8 and made these small batch donuts. I loved the little pop of poppy seeds. Lightly oil or butter 4 donut cavities and set aside. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, almond flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, poppy seeds, and grapefruit. In another small bowl, whisk together the grapefruit juice and yogurt until very smooth. In another large bowl, whisk the oil and sugar until combined. Add the egg to the oil and sugar and mix well. Stir in the almond extract.

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip
High school lunch breaks were filled with adventures to one of the many and I mean many sushi restaurants in the neighbourhood. Pizza Day? Nah, more like Sushi Day. Weekends were an excuse to take a road trip out to sunny Steveston for some of the best candied salmon and fish and chips. Seafood is such normal staple in my diet. You know the ones: 10 measly sticks to a box, in the frozen aisle. Not my idea of a delicious fish stick. Making your own fish sticks is easier than you might think.
A new Food Network show that premiered in June stars best-selling cookbook author, food blogger and chef Molly Yeh, whose one-of-a-kind recipes are inspired by her Jewish-Chinese roots, the Midwest and farm life. Yeh, whose father is Chinese and whose mother is Jewish, grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. She always loved food, even though she apparently was a picky eater when she was younger. She says she used to eat only brown, white and yellow foods — like macaroni-and-cheese and matzah balls. Still, her love for food started at home and stayed with her even when she left.
